A monthly retainer is a fixed amount paid to a landscaping company for lawn maintenance. The services are described in the agreement that must occur each month in the same way, which is common for lawns in the southern regions of the United States, which receive sunlight throughout the year. Weeds and spraying cracks, borders and seams into paved surfaces or fence lines are NOT included in your lawn care service. Please contact our office to find out more about these complementary services. Lawn maintenance is carried out in such a way that the mowing of all lawns is done per week or, if necessary, does not exceed 1/3 of the leaves per deposit. The mowing blades will be sharp at all times to provide a high quality cut. The height of the mower is maintained between 3 1/4″ and 4 1/4. Mowing models take turns to avoid turf damage. Clippings are left on the grass as long as 36 hours after mowing, there are no visible pieces on the grass surface. Otherwise, large pieces of clippings are distributed by mechanical bubble or collected and removed by Winkler`s Lawn Care, LLC. Additional taxes are charged for disposal taxes.
Tree rings and plant beds and all buildings, sidewalks, fences, driveways, car parks and other grass-lined surfaces are cut down with each mowing and lined when needed (twice). Areas that are not safe for mowing operations are cut off. Sidewalk, curb and pavement carvings are cancelled immediately after mowing and/or edges using a mechanical ventilator. If there is an irrigation system on your property, please adjust your lifespan so that your system does not work at least 24 hours before the regular scheduled day of service. This helps us achieve the highest quality of the finished product. If you would like us to help build your irrigation system and have an efficient watering system and would like to take care of your lawn and landscape, please contact our offices to find out more about these services. A landscaper is an individual who is hired as a janitor in a meadow or garden for compensation. The main goal is to offer an aesthetic aspect and a feel that corresponds to the landscape and the environment. A landscaper must work where and when, as defined in his client`s calendar. Winkler`s Lawn Care, LLC is not responsible for damage to fences, supports, foundations or cladding of the home, foothills, sidewalks, landscape areas, plants, trees or other obstacles 0-6 inches from the ground, where cuts or edges are made. These areas carry normal wear by the permanent spider of tribelles or vertebral heads.
If you don`t want the cutting or edges to be done, please specify. When the grass is high, it is impossible to see all the obstacles that are in the way of our equipment. Winkler`s Lawn Care – Landscape, LLC is not responsible for damage to hidden obstacles. It is the customer`s responsibility to improve the range of these barriers before providing services. To ensure that these problems do not occur, we advise you to regularly inspect areas maintained by our hoses, watering appliances, watering equipment, outdoor furniture, children`s or pet toys, garbage and excessive waste from limbs or trees. In addition, Winkler`s Lawn Care – Landscape is not responsible for closing doors/fences on your property. It is the customer`s responsibility to check all doors/fences before children and/or pets are returned to a fenced farm. Payments that are not received by the 15th of each month of service can be paid late.
Winkler`s Lawn Care – Landscape reserves the right to delay a 5% tax, suspend service or terminate service on the written announcement for each account on which the balance is outstanding.
